So the Tribe all stayed at my parents house for a few nights this weekend to help with the installation of cabinets for their kitchen renovation. We don't have cable TV, but my parents do and they often DVR interesting shows for my kids to watch when we visit. Saturday morning, Thing 1 and Thing 3 were watching one of these DVR's shows called "Brain Games" that was talking about how the brain works. As they launch a discussion on the part that does auditory processing, they show an image of the actual brain.
Thing 3: What's that???
Mimi(my mom): Its a brain.
Thing 3: I don't have one of those.
Mimi: Yes you do!
Thing 1: Yes you do. Its what makes you talk so much.
Thing 3: It's in my mouth?
