I have identical twin nephews who are 5 years old. They are a hilarious pair as different in personality as they are alike in looks. At 5 they still have a few mispronunciations that no one has forced away, because we delight in the joy it. One of these is "kadult" which is what they say for "adult".
One day the conversation turned to body parts and my sister told them about kidneys and how they help your body rid itself of waste. They informed her that if you are talking about a grown-up person, it should be "kadult-neys" not "kid-neys".
Their teachers are going to be
in for it so enjoy their antics in Kindergarten next year!
