Thing 1: She's doing schoolwork.
Me: WHERE?
Thing 1: Up there in that tree!
Yes... we love homeschooling. That is also my neighbor's roof line in that first photo. (although our yard is a little higher than theirs, its not more than 2 feet or so difference) She was way up there and I had to squash all my freak-out momma tendencies to let her be a kid. Plus she was doing schoolwork even if it was higher than I would like. But certainly not higher than I would have climbed when I was her age.
